stupid things i did today
1. didn’t realize my inspection sticker was expired (or that anything was wrong with my car for that matter)
2. picked up proactive to put on my toothbrush
3. used a smelly glue inside my room so my room is a glue sniffing haven
one week in
its hard to imagine that i’m already one week into my second semester senior year. i promise these countdowns and count-ups (whatever they may be) will stop eventually i just can’t believe i am this old.

last first days of school
yesterday, something very scary happened. i had my last first day of school… at least for a while. and i know you are all DYING to know what i had on and to no ones surprise, i was wearing a little sparkle to make the first day a little sassier than the snow and rain were going to allow it to be.

Guatemala
well. another stamp in the passport and a another adventure to add to the list. safe and sound sitting in my room it’s crazy to think for the past 10 days i was living as a guatemalan, working on a coffee field, using a latrine and eating more beans and eggs than my body knew what to do with. i learned infinite lessons that could have only been imparted thru the immersion that i experienced....
Going off the grid
Well folks.
The time has come… I am officially going off the grid in Guatemala. No blackberry, no computer… just some colorful pens and my notebook, 14 great friends and a total adventure.
